We are trying to straighten something out with the IRS which has become extremely difficult.

We did not file late but now when there is a Federal refund the recipient has to be identified with the IRS before getting the refund. I guess this is due to scammers getting refunds.

We keep trying to get through but get bumped off the line due to the heavy volume of calls. It can’t be done online.

I wish there weren’t so many scammers these days. They really are gumming up the works.
