We don’t have a lot of guests but we will have two today. Clyde has invited some naturalists to help advise us on the best plants for our property that will be good for the environment and pollinators.

I am kind of surprised that Clyde is seeking advice. I thought he knew all that stuff but I guess he is getting expert advice in case his plans are not the best.

Anyway, looking forward to hearing what they have to say.

I think we would all be better off if we got away from the pesticide ridden lawns and plant native trees and flowers. I hope that approach catches on.

In an effort to compete with Tik Tok a lot of youtubers are making very short videos on their phones. I keep saying I am going to do that so maybe today is the day.

I always put out a short video on Thursdays but I use my camera and they are about two minutes long. Should be interesting to film one with my phone that is ten seconds long.

Hope I don’t mess it up. As I said to a friend on WordPress, I liked it better when phones weren’t little computers.

Maybe today I will change my mind.

I needed to print out a sales receipt and a certificate of authenticity this morning and couldn’t understand why I could turn on the printer but it wouldn’t print.

I can’t believe I didn’t realize it wasn’t connected to the old computer. What a duh moment.

Oh well. It is hooked up now and the forms are printed out. Time to pack up the painting.

We now have the old computer in front of the new computer which is so much better. I was doing Yoga straddles on the floor to work on the old one since we didn’t have a high place to put it.

I tried sitting in a chair and leaning down but that was very uncomfortable. The straddle seemed to be the best position. Needless to say I didn’t do much on my computer yesterday.

Oh well. October 7th will be here before I know it and I can get a new Apple ID. Computers certainly do own us.

Argh! I must have updated my Apple one and forgot to change it on my list so we have to wait 24 hours to put in a new one.

I still have a TV that has VHS on it.

The Salvation Army store has a great collection of movies and I have a lot of old favorites. They charge twenty five cents for one.

It is so nice to be able to take the movie out and it will still be where I had it unlike DVDS. That way if someone else wants to watch one I don’t have to find my place again.

We have a Looney Tunes program early in the morning here and I love it. Glad to see them again.

My favorite characters are Daffy Duck, Sylvester, and Fog Horn Leg Horn. I especially like the ones with Sylvester’s kid.

One of those was on today. His Dad disappointed him and his kid asked how he would ever face the others in Troop 12. Love it! We need to laugh.
