Never say you don’t ever get leg cramps in the middle of the night anymore. That is a guarantee that you will have one if you are a senior.

They are so mild these days that they hardly hurt at all but I still have to get up and walk it out.

I had such a hard time getting back to sleep that I will be pretty quiet today.

Bowling tonight and I dropped off my taxes to my accountant yesterday! Yea!!!

Now that our parents have passed on we have a number of things from our childhoods.

Before Clyde’s mom passed she gave us a bank in the shape of a elephant. I made a whimsical painting of it and it is in my portfolio.

It is on the shelf here in the computer room and it is nice to see it every day.

This morning I was watching a science program about the universe.

At one point the scientist said very enthusiastically that one day we will be able to leave the universe.

I immediately thought of some prominent people in the news that I would like to see leave the universe. I’ll bet a huge section of our population would chip in financially to make that happen.

LOL! Fun way to start my day. Thinking of certain extremely unpopular people catapulting into space.

I have often mentioned that I would be in my second childhood if I weren’t still in my first.

Although it is rare, once in a while I throw a tantrum. My Mom was always reminding me that I did that when I was little.

Anyway, I was trying to do a simple thing with my new camera and could not figure it out. All of my frustrations came out in a big tantrum over technology. Cameras used to be so easy to use.

I wish all these technological advancements were easy for me but they are not so I blew up big time.

Probably good to do that once in a while.

I love to watch Alan smash the pins. Last Thursday he had the highest score for both teams on the first game and close to the highest on the second.

We were watching Jeremy Wade’s River Monsters program last night.

He was trying to find out why some people in a southern part of Africa were claiming a mermaid with reddish eyes and mythological beauty was attacking people.

He assumed it was a large fish and examined the tiger fish. Under water the eyes did seem to give off a glow.

He held up one with huge teeth and said this certainly is not a mythological beauty.

Clyde was quick to chime in, “Oh no? Ask another tiger fish”.

Probably right. LOL!

Love Looney Tunes. As I have said before, I would be in my second childhood if I had ever gotten out of my first.

Yesterday I saw the one with Yosemite Sam trying to win the hand of a rich old widow. She lived in Doughnut Center.

Under Doughnut Center there was the phrase What a Hole. That cracked me up.

Laughter is so important to my days.

I get caught up in them and then there is Hoopla. Found a great movie that I saw many years ago that I loved. It is The Bachelor which is a remake of a Buster Keaton movie and hilarious like the original.

Time to get this snail moving.

My husband and I are a lot alike in many ways. We both hate to shop online or in person. Just hate shopping.

I gave up getting my new scanner online so we trekked on over to the store in Christiansburg and finally got a new scanner in a great box!

What I mean by a great box is it just has one piece of tape on top so if it doesn’t work we can easily put it back into the box, put one piece of tape on it and take it back.

Yes! Some things are packaged in such a way that you need some sort of packaging expert to get the item out.
