The muscle in my back is still sore so this will be short and sweet.

Yesterday, for the first time I was able to do a Yoga squat with my heels down!

I have been practicing Yoga for seven years now and can do a lot of things I could not do before I took it up.

Too much time on this computer has caused a muscle in my back to be quite aggravated.

This morning I was on it for a while and the pain got pretty bad. I did Yoga and it stretched out and stopped hurting until I got back on the computer.

Left the computer and did a half an hour of housework. No pain.

Getting off right now. It is starting to hurt again.

As I always say, computers are great and awful.

This is my most popular Peaks of otter painting and I am glad the original has a permanent home. Always like to see my children get out into the world!

Yesterday I watched a fairly old Liza Minnelli movie about a dance class called Stepping Out.

I love to watch dancers and this had some great numbers and a nice story line.

It reminded me of what I am determined to do today which is step away from the computer and get outside!

I will probably shamefully crawl back to the computer later but right now it will be abandoned for a while. Yes!

We had a very nice Thanksgiving and now back to all my chores. Always too much to do and that Time Fairy just will not add hours to the day.

Anyway, this is no surprise. I was going to just do laundry once a week and see if we could get by. Yeah, right. Back to twice a week.

Not a big thing to complain about and I am pleased that I am getting all of our documents straightened out.

Going to try real hard to select a new camera today so I can put up some longer youtubes. I have been putting up old ones here because Wix won’t accept my shorts for some reason.

I don’t think a camera should have to “retire” but that is the way it is these days. Canon can’t help me with mine.

This is the first Thanksgiving without my mother-in-law. We all miss her very much.

I am going to have to get a new camera because according to the Canon site my camera has been retired so they can’t help me.

I can’t use it to upload files on my new computer and I need to do that a lot so time to get a new one.

Buying a new one is not the problem. Technology is changing so fast that I have a hard time keeping up. My phone is like a little animal that goes off with youtubes that I didn’t select.

Sometimes the Chrome button is on the front of the phone and other times I have to go into settings.

So my question is, what kind of cart wheels is this old lady going to have to do this time to learn another product of ever changing technology?

Hope it is not too difficult.

Our pastor was on break this Sunday and a great pastor that we have had fill in a number of times came and did a terrific job of leading the service.

He commented that he is so OCD that he wants to change the order of the letters to CDO so they are in alphabetical order.

We all laughed but when we went down for refreshments he took down the clock and set it for the correct time and as soon as there were some dirty dishes he was in the kitchen washing them.

I guess he was not kidding. Love him!

Last night I woke up every hour. The bad thing is, I woke up every hour. The good thing is I went back to sleep right after waking up.

Hubby is having more digestive problems so he had to get up four times. Of course, I did not wake up four times between 11:00 and 7:00. I woke up eight times.

Not sure what the problem is but the guest room is starting to look good until Clyde gets better.

He is going to check with the doctor today to see if still needs to be on iron pills.

Oh well. Always a lot to be thankful for.

Finally organized my huge collection of VHS and DVD movies. As I have said before my tastes are not typical so a lot of my VHS movies are not available to stream or in DVD format. Many of my DVD movies are also not available.

My collection is very important to me. I love all the arts and get so much out of good productions. I have read many books after seeing the movie version which is a great experience.

I always think the book is better but I still like the movie and movies can offer a lot to the viewer that a book can’t offer so it is a win win to see the movie and read the book.

Anyway, I don’t have to look for any now that they are all in order on a shelf and in a cabinet that has the VHS TV on top.

Now on to another chore.
