I was on the phone and computer from 8:30 until 11:00 today trying to straighten out an online account and another matter that is driving me nuttier than I already am.
I am going to check out the beautiful day that is not nearly as cold as the weekend ones and cheer up.

I have been reading some disturbing things about Covid on Morgan Fairchild’s twitter feed. She is connected to so many health officials and there are some reports that the long term effects of the disease are quite serious.
Some people that have never had any heart problems are having them after contracting Covid. There are other health problems showing up and some of the people getting them only had mild covid.
Hate to be an alarmist but I think we should still wear masks.
Seventy cities in China are on lock down. Anyway, I hope it doesn’t get bad again here.

Having such a hard time with my latest painting that I have put it away for a while. It is getting to be too much so I am going to move on to a smaller one and try to work with the same brushwork that I am using on the large one and check it out later.
I don’t usually do this but I am tired of trying to findthe time to work on the large one. A smaller one will suit my time constraints right now. It is always surprising when a painting that starts out so well takes a nose dive off a cliff but I don’t give up on them. I use to, but not anymore. Anyway, the little one will be a floral so I have included some favorites here.
Pleased to sell a print of Red Rose Beauty to a great California patron! Always great to see my artwork march on!

My latest painting isn’t going into the trash can but it was a close call
Check out my Story below! This pretty much sums up who I am and what I do. Quite a number of the paintings in the video have been sold but prints for all of them are available on my website.
Also check out my latest short painting youtube below!
People are always talking about how awful Mondays are but since I am such a workaholic one day is pretty much the same as the next. Well, today I am making an exception. I have been having some trouble with a sore knee and I have had to get up at night and take aspirin the last two nights so I definitely do not like this Monday.Â
My son always says Mondays and Tuesdays are rough on him. Today I agreed with him.Â
Oh well, lots to do and I hope my knee doesn’t act up again.Â
Cheers!

Clyde is one of most non-materialistic people I have ever known. He doesn’t care about clothes and all his possessions have to do with his research on wildlife and his writing. He firmly believes the old saying, “The more you own, the more it owns you.” He would like to win the lottery so he wouldn’t have to work and so he could fund all his environmental projects.
I asked him what he would do if he won millions of dollars. His curmudgeon response was he would buy a few acres, put a trailer on it, and hide from the world.
I can just see him setting up operations from a trailer! Binoculars in one hand and a computer mouse in the other. I truly believe he could solve many of our environmental problems and he could do it without harming industry. Yes, he is that smart.
Another too fast day! I have said it before and I will say it again! As one of those TV judges said, “Say it, forget it, write it, regret it!” Be sure to proof read what you write on the internet. I was on the other end of a mistake today that hurt quite a bit. I know the person that wrote it just made a mistake but it is the sort of the mistake that can be avoided by proof reading.
I, of course, said it was okay, but it is going to take a little time to get over this one. Oh well. We all have 20-20 vision and perfect hearing when we are being offended but we are deaf and blind as bats when we offend. Keep smiling! That’s my motto.

I am very pleased with my latest Kendall Expressions painting! Tulip Curl is a stunner!  I love letting my expressive side fly and am very proud of this series! Be sure to check out the folder on my website.Â
I am thinking of combining two of my artistic directions into another wildlife painting. It will be a very expressive painting combined with the softness and complicated surface of my mountain series. I hope to be started on it tomorrow. I have to prepare the paper and get my idea finalized!

I have been married to The Word and Bird Man for many decades and my status on Facebook clearly states that I am married yet I get boy friends just about every day sending me flattering notes. I like to joke around about my new guys with Clyde. I’m sure most, if not all of them are scammers as I have mentioned before, but since it is possible that some are sincere I have come up with the perfect comment.
It is great to have you for a Facebook friend but I do not chat online with people that I don’t know personally due to the presence of internet scammers. Read my posts and I will read yours! Have a great day!
Nine times out of ten this works and I don’t hear from them again but there sure are some persistent guys or scammers that try to convince me that they are great guys. I don’t send them a comment but it is hard not to send this one.  READ MY FIRST MESSAGE!

I am one of those people that truly believes that less is more when it comes to a kitchen. I have tried over the years to keep out things that aren’t necessary and just clutter up the space. Still it is so easy to get rid of something that you wind up needing later so I have begun organizing the space according to use.Â
We have two lower cabinets that we practically have to crawl into to get to the things in the back so now the things in the back are items that are rarely used.
The Kitchen Sarge is on the job making a lot of executive decisions!
