The Monkey Pulled a Fast one on Me!

Please check out my Youtube and send it to Stumbleupon!

I was all set to send out a newsletter on Mailchimp last night when I realized I needed to change the title due to changed circumstances and could not figure out where I could do that!  No problem with editing everything else.  My husband finally figured it out and then I couldn’t get to the edit page for a few other things I needed to do.

That monkey and I still need time to work things out!

I wish I knew how that Happened…

Aperture is such a mystery to me.  I still don’t know why my tutorials disappeared and now some photos I took in 2002 are gone.  I still have ones I took in 2001 so it can’t be an age thing.  Oh well, I am not making prints of all my photos.  Too many of them.

Back to work!

I am going to take a one day break from my People Art Blogs to present two recent Pawleys Island paintings.

I have already posted His Spot but I thought it would good with my latest painting, Silver Lining at Pawleys Island.

Silver Lining at Pawleys Island is an intense shore painting at this beautiful South Carolina beach.

The light streaming down from behind the clouds created a startling effect and the birds are great visual accents to the scene.

His Spot is a beautiful Pawleys Island evening painting. My husband is not much for swimming in the ocean. He is a self-taught naturalist and concentrates on bird populations. He spent many hours at this spot on the marsh side around the corner from the house we stayed at. He saw over 100 different species on our five day vacation.
