I was carefully cutting up an onion for our steak dinner tonight when the onion slipped and the knife went right into my pinky!  I let out quite a yell!  It was bleeding so much that I had to get my husband to put the band aid on.  It seems fine now so hopefully I won’t need stitches.

Last night was a deluge!  My Line Dancing Troupe had to dance on a small space under an awning while a few brave people sat under umbrellas over tables in the courtyard of The Historic Train Station in Pulaski, VA.  I almost tripped over a CD Player on the first dance.

The good news was that on the way home the motorists on RT. 11 actually drove slowly!  I always drive slow in heavy rain but I am usually in danger of being run over by the other cars.
