I am trying to cut back on my workaholic ways a little so I have put myself on the clock. I am counting all the hours I work in a day and see if I can work in more fun time – especially on the week end like normal people.
Whoops! I used the “N” word! I know I can’t really use that word when I am talking about myself. Oh well. Some people go crazy. Maybe a crazy artist can aspire to be normal. There’s that word again!
Time to clock out and watch part of a movie. Cheers!

Life with The Bird and Word Man – Clyde Kessler
Every once in a while we have some crazy electrical problem to deal with. A few days ago the fluorescent light over the kitchen sink went out. It was out for two days and I assumed the bulb had died. I hadn’t gotten around to getting another one, when, on the morning of the third day it came back on and stayed on.
I called Clyde at work and thanked him for getting up in the middle of the night and getting a new one at Walmart and replacing the old bulb for me.
He said welcome and to please call any time to thank him for fixing something he didn’t fix.
Turns out the ballast was bad and our great electrician fixed it with a smaller one with a much brighter light!
