Beautiful day and I am finding more image thieves.  The problem with some of these thieves is that they are out of the range of legal recourse in this country.  I just tried to send a DMCA notice to one of them and the address was invalid.  Time to stop this fight for a while and get outside.

I am spending more and more of my time fighting the image thieves.  I don’t even have to do a reverse image search on Google.  I just put my name in Google and find sites that have stolen my work for sale as prints or free downloads.  Argh!

I have two cases pending right now.  I hope my lawyers can get the compensation that I deserve.

I only sell prints on Fine Art America and Zazzle.  If you see my work for sale on another site, please, please, do not buy them there.  I will not be compensated and it hurts my sales!

I honestly live to paint, but I am not a Sunday painter.  I am a trained artist with a Master of Fine Art in Painting and Printmaking.  You can read my profile for a partial list of my awards and accomplishments.  It is my job and it is an arduous one that takes up most of my time.

Clyde is great about listening to my gripes so I don’t mind telling him them.  I try not to but sometimes you just have to moan about irritations.

Sometimes he cuts me off with a quip.  I was about to lodge another computer gripe when he said he knew what it was.

The computer tap danced on the T.V. and they both ran off together.

Clyde is not on Facebook and he does not have a website but if you put his name in Google you will see page after page of listings regarding his publications and naturalist activities.  He doesn’t want to be on social websites or start his own but he may have to soon.

What a computer Monday!  One thing after the next.  My copy paste would only copy paste part of the text and then I had an awful time getting my keyboard going with new batteries.  As usual, it was a stupid think I didn’t know. Clyde usually replaces batteries.  Anyway, I got to finish Green Meadow Mist so why am I complaining?

Life with The Bird and Word Man – Clyde Kessler

Not sure but I may have mentioned that my mother always said to drive defensively.  I think that was good advice but these days Clyde and I think the saying should be Drive to stay Alive! 

Our recent trip to the shore was so congested with traffic I was quite worried we would be in some sort of accident.  Who was the fool that raised the speed limit to 70?  If you think people should drive 70mph then the speed limit should be 50mph. 

I know I saw some driving at 90mph, zipping back and forth in the lanes.

I know I have mentioned this before but I really think I would like the bumper sticker that says, “I slow down for tail gators”.  I would swear I had one car about an inch away from mine on the interstate.
