I am determined to get things done around the house that seem to go forever without my attention.  The regular things make it difficult to get to other household chores and since I am typing and clicking my fingers off promoting my artwork, it is really hard to do anything else.

Today  I got a cabinet cleaned out that was obviously designed by someone that doesn’t do any kitchen work.  I have to get on my hands and knees and extend my hands as far as they will go to get into the back of the cabinet.  Well, I did it!  It is clean and I got out some useless stuff that can go somewhere else.

Life with The Word and Bird Man – Clyde Kessler

Well, here I go again.  We are getting another computer tune up.  This amazing machine needs more attention than our cars do.  I wish it didn’t have to spend so much time in the shop, especially since the shop is also my home. 

We have a great young friend to help us but it usually takes most of a day- so is this machine such a time saver or is it something we have to baby sit and burp all the time?  I just sold a framed print online so I guess I have a lot of nerve to complain, but I do get exasperated with our computer.  I better get to work since I won’t be able to most of tomorrow. 

Yikes!

Life with The Word and Bird Man – Clyde Kessler

I really do like to add something funny here since Clyde cracks me up most of the time but this time I don’t have anything from him or me.  I have started writing down the crazy things he says to me because sometimes I don’t remember the quip. 

Lot of times he groans right after making me laugh and says, “Don’t put that on the internet”.  I do resist putting up some of them.

The other night he came up with a good one and I wrote it down.  I was surprised when I looked at it today that I didn’t get the humor.  I must have left something out so I called him up and he couldn’t remember what it was either.

Oh well, Facebook is always around for back up.  Yesterday there was a picture of a beautiful horse with a mane blowing in the wind.  The caption read, “Was she barn with it or is it Neighbelline!

I know the days go by faster the longer you live but I couldn’t even catch a glimpse of this one in my rear view mirror!   I was going to go swimming but before I knew it I was fixing dinner. The lake quest continues tomorrow!  I have a friend who lives there.  I think I will see if she will be swimming tomorrow.
