Still trying to get to my latest painting. Yikes!  Too many other things to do with computer work and house repairs.  I have an appointment at 11:00.  Hope I can back to it after that.  Running around in circles.  It seems like Monday turns into Friday with the snap of my fingers.  I wish I could slow down time, at least a little.  Here is the first stage again.  It will change quite a bit in the next stage.

Life with The Word and Bird Man – Clyde Kessler

What we have here is the failure to communicate. 

Clyde never misses an opportunity to turn one of my requests into a joke. 

With the acquisition of our latest car, I decided we, that especially includes my two guys, were not going to junk it up with trash that ends up under the seat and I get the fun job of getting it out.  I would have been shot into the middle of next week if I pulled that stunt on my parents. 

Anyway, when we got back from our NC wedding trip we had a little trash from the trip so my first remark before exiting the car was I am going to be sure to get this trash out. 

Don’t worry. I am getting out. 

Droll.  Very droll.

Lots of rain today.  I have never minded rainy days.  They are quite peaceful if there isn’t a storm going on. 

I am still adding paintings to my Beautiful Nudes series.  So far I have been working on 9″ x 12″ ones but I decided to work on a large one.  I always like to work on big paintings. 

I remember hearing an artist on TV say size is only measurement but I don’t agree.  I like all sizes but I prefer the vista of a large work, especially for landscapes.  The bigger the better! 

I am glad for all the print options these days.  Patrons can get huge prints of my work and I do have some very small works that are not for sale due to the quality of the paper and paint.  The prints are great and archival!
