  1. You went and done it. You went and followed Uncle Bardie’s Stories & Such. You are now one of Uncle Bardie’s Band of Merry Followers. Just so you know, Uncle Bardie’s a hoot, and he’s got quite a few whoppers in his bag of stories. Some funny, some not so funny. But all told for your entertainment. Thank you for following his blog.

  4. I know little of art but I do like that work above.
My own beloved Spouse is an artist—wide ranging but best at nature—and sometimes, just sometimes, I’d sooner live with a wet dog. (I’ve learned to leave her alone when busy … but when finished she’s always purring.
Artist? You have my respect, and sympathies … 🙂

  5. Dear Kendall -love your work, thanks very much for stopping by my blog, funny to think I have just been to the US and spent a lot of time in art galleries – I feel you never know what you will find! Thanks for your follow, when I have more time I look forward to delving more into your site and getting to know your art better than I could by just having a quick look now. All the best Poli

    • I do schedule studio visits if you are ever interested. I know what you mean about the computer image. I work hard to get it right and I order greeting cards to check on the colors. So far, so good!

      • 🙂 paintings just don’t come across the same as when they are “in the flesh” – interesting that – there is obviously so much more to them than just the image 🙂 – if I am ever in the ever again I will contact you ahead of time

  6. Hello!! You have no idea how seeing such a great artist like you following my blog made me feel!! I was a little down and wondering about if I should go on with my blog. Today I checked your paintings and read your bio and it made my day. Because of you, I decided to keep going. I wrote a post yesterday about the Wiener Werkaestatte and the birth of design and the roots of branding and it took me 8 hours straight without stopping. It was the hardest post I ever wrote and I know people are not so interested by that subject. It is not a very accessible topic. But you know what? I don’t care because I learned so much doing it and now I know that there are people like you who might be interested in it!!! You have a God given gift and God knows you worked hard to be better at it so much. Thank you for being who you are and for helping me keeping on writing posts for Loud Alien Noize!!!! I alos manage a singer/songwriter called Chris Barry from the 222s, then 39 Steps (he played in a Woody Allen Movie called ”Hanna and her Sisters” with this band, a scene filmed in a punk bar) and then Pillbox and now he is writing and acting. I am going to keep on doing that too because you gave me faith in what I do, in Chris and no matter what happens, it will be worth to never let go of my dreams. My dream is that one day IO will be able to earn a living doing what I love. Writing and helping musicians. Peace Out from Montreal, Quebec. HUGZZ!!!!! (sorry if that was too much but I so MEAN IT!)

    • Oups!!!! I’m sorry I thought you were someone else that I know who has a similar sounding name and he’s a guy who runs a big ”blog network”, like a group of bloggers who rally up together in various challenges, so that network of bloggers called The Neighborhood and he has reached out to me some time ago and never let me down, he always managed to make me push my limits in various ways. I thought you were him hence this part where I tell you that you envourgaed me etc.. is why it must seem so out of proportion!! I am so sorry but I really do love your paintings!!! I honeslty do!! So I’m sorry about this but never the less, you paintings all have a very soothing quality and your technique and the colors you use feels so much like Van Gogh!! I’m pretty sure I’m not the first one to tell you this so if you don’t believe it, I will have made it even more credible so you have to accept the compliment now, your paintings look like Van Gogh!! And seeing work like this is always inspiring!!! Please keep it up!! HUGZ!!!

PS: Could you please erase one of my double posts? I’m sorry for the double posting and the mistake on your person!! So so sorry!!

      • Thank you Tobe! So glad you like my work and I do get the Van Gogh compliment all the time! No problem with the mistake and I am not sure where the double comments are but don’t worry about them. I have done that myself. Have a great day!
