Where in the world did Friday go?  Way too much to do today to get to this blog but I like to put out two a week so here goes.

I am too tired to gab and I still have a lot of work to do so I am going to leave up the artwork from the last blog except for the first one which I am replacing with a print sale of Dominion to a great Pennsylvania patron!

I miss that rink very much. When my son was young I took him and his friends there once or twice a week and I love to skate.  One time my son won the limbo contest!

Another rink opened years later in Christiansburg and it closed due to legal problems.   I wish another one would open up.  Anyway, have a great weekend!

  1. I haven’t ice skated since I was 35. I was trying to skate backward, hit a snag in the ice, and went down shattering my right wrist. I was in a full arm cast for 9 weeks! I couldn’t drive as I had a manual transmission then. I haven’t been on the ice since. 😀

I hope you have a lovely week!

    • Yikes! My family always told me I was very clumsy yet I have never broken a bone. So sorry you had such an awful experience with a sport I love. My sister teaches Ice Skating. Thanks, and I hope you have a great week, too!
