Check out my latest Chicago Skyline Beauty painting! This is the first stage but I think it may be the last. I like the spontaneous flowing paint which I will probably lost if I work on it again. Decisions, decisions, decisions!

Life with The Word and Bird Man – Clyde Kessler
Since Clyde’s knee surgery he is having trouble with his stomach as well as the pain in his knee. He used to always eat a banana a day but is leaving that one out for a while.
I am trying to eat one a day, too, since they have a lot of potassium but I don’t like them that much. For some stupid reason I bought too many at the store the other day.
Oh well, instead of Send in the Clowns I will be singing Send in the Monkeys this week. Don’t bother. They’re here!
I loved the Chicago skyline photos Kendall.
I agree bananas are very good for us! I’ve gone off them a bit lately, so have been freezing them (peeled) and blending them in a smoothie or eating them frozen with dessert instead of ice cream.

Thank you so much, Katherine! Thanks for the banana ideas! I was thinking of making some banana pudding but I am going to try to just finish them before they get too ripe. I have such a hard time finding time to cook. If they start looking too ripe I think I will do the smoothie thing!

Excellent, Kendall! I’m not sure why I have “photos” in my comment about the Chicago skyline paintings. I will blame auto correct for that!

Thanks Katherine! I don’t know why either. Some sort of computer glitch, I guess.
