Longevity runs in my family so I am excited about taking a course that will stretch out my muscles. Our church is starting a Yoga class Monday September 14th! Yes! I exercise a lot and do stretching exercises but I think I need to learn more about stretching.
A few years ago I realized I couldn’t touch my toes! I was shocked! I have been working on stretching exercises since then and now I can touch my toes. There is more to exercise then walking, swimming, and Line Dancing! Got to stretch!
