I Guess I did a little too much!

Like my Dad ,I am a workaholic.  I am always working at something.  I just can’t take it easy and I think I over did it today.  My body is not happy.  Time to relax, at least for a while.

  1. Your paintings are very beautiful. However, while I understand any concerns about image theft, I wish you wouldn’t put those huge watermarks in the center. I find that displaying on the web with dimensions <1000px is generally enough to make images unusable for printing – and thus safe.

    • Thank you so much for the compliment and advice! I am sorry the copyright mark bothers you but I recently fought with a site that was letting people download my work for free. Hundreds of prints of one of my paintings was downloaded. A friend that catches cyber thieves for a living advised me to put the copyright mark on. If it were small and on the bottom I think people would still steal my images. I know some of the file sizes are small but I want to be consistent. Here is a link if you ever want to look at my work without the copyright notice and have a great day! By the way, I love your work! http://kendall-kessler.artistwebsites.com/

      • Well, having had an experience like that, I can see why you would opt for the centered watermarks. Still, seeing the images on your homepage is a better experience already, mainly because the watermarks are more subtle and don’t kill the flow of the paintings as much. If it works for you, that’s fine, though. It’s always a matter of compromise, I guess. Thanks for looking at my work!
